BANG is a get together of Business Continuity management people who are entertained during the evening by a "controversial" guest speaker, in a social atmosphere. It is FREE and held on the last Wednesday of each month, in Central London.
This month's guest speaker will be, Jim Ensom, a television journalist for the BBC since 1981.
BC people have an opportunity to network with like-minded individuals. Numbers are limited to the first 70.
Speaker's background:
Jim Ensom is a journalist and broadcaster who worked with the BBC for 22 years. During that time he reported on a wide array of natural disasters, wars and peacetime incidents, which has given him a supreme understanding of crisis management. He is now in demand as a crisis management trainer as well as a Business Continuity consultant. He is crisis communications consultant to the Press Association, running general workshops as well as bespoke exercises to ensure critical communications are maintained before, during and after a crisis.
He was editor of Survive magazine during the period of the SARS outbreak and the London 7/7 bombings and was for five years editor of Globalcontinuity.com and continues to be one of the UK's foremost Business Continuity journalists.
